1. Reservations and Payments
1.1. To make a reservation, you must provide the personal and payment information required on our website or through our customer service team.
1.2. The reservation is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made. Payment is made through our website or by bank transfer.
1.3. The prices indicated on our website include applicable taxes and fees, but do not include personal expenses, such as meals, drinks, or additional activities that are not specified in the selected package.
1.4. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation in case of typographical, calculation, or any other type of error on our website or in promotional materials.

2. Cancellations and Changes
2.1. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
2.2. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the start date of the service will be fully refunded, minus a 10% cancellation fee of the total value of the package.
2.3. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the start date of the service will be refunded 50% of the total value of the package.
2.4. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the service will not be entitled to a refund.
2.5. Changes to the start or end date of the service are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation and informing us of any changes or modifications to their reservation.
3.2. The customer is responsible for complying with the entry and exit requirements of the destination country, including visas, passports, and other necessary documents.
3.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the physical and mental ability necessary to participate in the activities included in the selected package.

4. Company Responsibilities
4.1. We are committed to providing the services and activities described in the selected package in accordance with appropriate quality and safety standards.
4.2. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, security issues, or similar events beyond our control.
4.3. In case of any breach on our part, our liability shall be limited to the refund of the corresponding amount for services not provided.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or that of our partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You are not permitted to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or display any of our content without our prior written consent.
